µLaser
microLaser is a high value direct laser lithography equipment with alignment capabilities, aimed at research laboratories or universities.
The system writes at sub micron resolution on big areas of up to 10x9cm on photosensitive material. It allows the writing of anything the user wants, from photomasks to research prototypes for basic or applied science.
µAligner
microAligner is a compact high value 365nm LED UV mask aligner designed for microfabrication applications.
It allows for easy fabrication of multilayer devices on a multitude of photoresists with excellent quality, thanks to its high resolution and high accuracy alignment.
µCoater
At request of our customers we have developed a compact spin coater with vacuum chuck for the application of thin films of polymers, photoresins, sol-gel, or any other material or process that the customer needs.
µExposer
µexposer is a high value 365nm exposure tool for microfabrication applications, allowing the user to perform fast lithography processes on samples and substrates.
It's a great complementary tool to our microlaser offering the possibility to work with I -line photoresists and obtain high aspect ratio structures in the lithography process.

Due to our background in the development of microfabrication machinery, we can offer custom solutions for our customers, including the manufacture of precision mechanics, high accuracy computer controlled motion systems, high speed data processing algorithms and UV systems among others, for a variety of sectors like nuclear, semiconductor and aerospace.
Advising
In addition to selling equipment, we also provide advisory services in microfabrication. We can advise you on techniques of microfluidics, microelectronics, lithography, manufacture of MEMS, etc. We are in contact with world-class microfabrication experts.
Lithography rooms
Along with the equipment sales we offer the assembly of lithography rooms, including its light conditioning, advising, and the associated equipment for the proper functioning of the room.
